Responsibilities and Services of M/s Variety Vintage Technologies Pvt Ltd (The Franchisor)
(a) Includes assigning verified leads for end-to-end wedding (in-person, office visit) enquired for your location or outstation (case-to-case) basis will be assigned as per your wallet balance
(b) Leads will be assigned on round robin, shared leads or based on the client budget whichever is best suited to enhance business to The franchise.
(c) The Franchisor provides exclusive dashboard for
- Leads database
- Client follow up
- EMI to clients,
- Generating Quote,
- Generating client wedding requirements
- Connecting with wedding vendors
- Dedicated resources to get client feedback post meetings and other related feedback.
- Providing usage of wedding lounge to clients of Franchisor’s office (in the ‘Bangalore Office)
(d) Roles of The Franchise towards M/s Variety Vintage Technologies Pvt Ltd (The Franchisor)
- Connecting with the client as soon as the lead is posted to confirm / alter the meetings notified in the lead.
- Sharing a Minutes of Meetings post the meeting held with client which enables Variety Vintage Technologies Pvt Ltd to collect feedback for the same
- Using only the Company dashboard to send requirements and quotes to the clients.
- Shall update the confirmed weddings and collecting the advance from the client on a timely basis
- Shall share the final quote to the client within 2 days of completion of the event and make the payment to the Franchisor within 4 days of the completion of the event
- The Franchise shall update the dashboard regularly, providing accurate and timely information.
- The Franchise must mandatorily use the wedding guide provided by Franchisor and follow the guidelines outlined.
- The Franchise shall pay a success fee of 5.0% + 18% GST every successful conversion resulting from their efforts.
- The Franchise shall pay Rs.1,000 per lead. The Payment shall be made on weekly basis for the leads that has been assigned by the Franchisor to cover the costs associated with acquiring potential clients.
Service Level Performance for the purposes of this agreement shall mean and is inclusive of the following
- Timely connection with clients
- Providing a clear and undisputed ideas to the client’s requirements
- Matching a minimum of 85% accurate delivery of client’s requirements.
- Proactively and precisely providing updates to the Franchisor.
Term and Deposit
a. The term of this Agreement shall be one year, commencing from the effective date of signing the agreement
Success Fee Payment
The success fee of 5 % + GST shall be calculated on the total value of each successful conversion and shall be payable within 4 days of the completion of the respective wedding.
b. The Franchise shall keep accurate records of all successful conversions and shall provide them to Franchisor upon request.
Termination and Post-Agreement Obligations
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of termination at least 30 days before the desired termination date.
b. If the Franchise does not continue to extend this Agreement after one year, they shall pay the success fee of any weddings of the leads assigned to them that occur after the termination date and within 30 days of the completion of each wedding.
