a) Wedding Couples (B2C)

• Names, contact details, wedding dates, and event locations.
• Vendor preferences and bookings.
• Guest invitation data for e-invites and RSVPs.

b) Wedding Guests

• Names and contact details to receive e-invites and event updates.
• May be used for cross-selling relevant wedding services or products.

c) Wedding Businesses (B2B)

• Business name, owner/representative details, and contact information.
• Subscription and lead purchase history.
• Client and event data uploaded to our CRM system.

4. External Leads Confidentiality (B2B)

When B2B users upload external leads to our platform, we maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

• These leads remain the sole property of the respective planner or vendor.
• Such leads will never be shared, sold, or compromised by Plan A Wedding.
• Access to these leads is strictly limited to the B2B account holder who uploaded them.

5. Data Download Restriction

B2B users do NOT have an option to download data uploaded into the platform, including external leads, client details, or CRM data.

• This measure is in place to protect data security and prevent misuse or unauthorized sharing.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell data to any third party. However, certain data may be shared:

• With registered wedding vendors/planners to fulfill a couple’s request.
• With partners for cross-selling purposes to improve wedding planning experiences.
• When required by legal or regulatory authorities.
• All shared data is handled securely under strict confidentiality agreements.

7. Security Measures

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect all user data. While we take every precaution, no system is 100% secure, and users are encouraged to protect their credentials.

8. Subscription Policy

B2B (Businesses & Vendors)

• Annual subscription required to access CRM tools and other features.
• Pricing is set by management and subject to periodic changes.
• Renewal is mandatory each year to continue service.

B2C (Couples)

• One-time subscription fee for lifetime access to wedding planning tools.
• No renewal required.

9. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for:

• B2B or B2C app subscriptions.
• Leads purchased by wedding businesses
• All transactions are final and non-refundable.

10. Marketplace Disclaimer

• Plan A Wedding is only a marketplace platform.
• Couples are responsible for independently verifying vendors and planners before hiring.
• Couples should avoid direct cash transactions with vendors.

If done, it is at their own risk, and Plan A Wedding is not liable for disputes or losses.

11. Data Retention

Data will be stored only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with applicable laws.

• Request access to your data.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
