2. Our Services

We provide three core services:

For Couples (B2C)

• AI-powered wedding planning features.
• Vendor discovery and booking management.
• Guest management and e-invite services.

For Businesses (B2B)

• CRM tools for client and lead management.
• Lead purchase and growth tools.
• Marketing features including Meta ad integration.

For Guests

• RSVP management and event access.
• Digital invites with event-specific details.

3. Marketplace Disclaimer

• Plan A Wedding acts only as a facilitator connecting couples and vendors.
• We do not guarantee vendor quality or service delivery.
• Couples are responsible for doing their due diligence before booking.
• Cash transactions outside the platform are at the user's own risk.

4. External Leads Confidentiality

B2B users who upload external leads to the platform are assured that:

• These leads remain their exclusive property.
• Plan A Wedding will never share, sell, or distribute these leads.
• Only the account holder has access to the uploaded leads.

5. Data Download Restrictions

B2B users cannot download data they upload or manage on the platform.

This includes:

• External leads,
• Client details,
• CRM data, and other proprietary business information.

This restriction exists to protect confidentiality and prevent misuse

6. Payments & Subscriptions

B2B Vendors/Planners

• Subscriptions are annual and must be renewed to maintain access.
• Pricing may change periodically at management’s discretion.

B2C Couples

• One-time payment for lifetime access, no renewal needed.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any:

• B2B or B2C subscriptions.
• Leads purchased by wedding businesses.
• Users are advised to review purchases carefully before making payment.

8. Data Usage & Sharing

By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection and secure storage of your data.
• Sharing data with registered vendors to fulfill service requests.
• Receiving marketing communications and offers relevant to weddings.
• Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Refrain from illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Respect intellectual property and copyrights.
• Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

Plan A Wedding is not responsible for:

• Vendor performance, cancellations, or disputes.
• Losses resulting from direct cash transactions
• Misuse of uploaded data by unauthorized third parties.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be handled under Bangalore, Karnataka, India jurisdiction.
